The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. About the Team:



The User Growth Team partners closely with functional leaders to drive omnichannel user growth and activation. We focus on improving traffic conversion, increasing active users, and enhancing the in-app experience through data-driven insights and experimentation.


Working across marketing, product, data, and engineering teams, we identify user needs and growth opportunities both on and off the platform - from paid media and CRM to user experience and offline initiatives. The team takes a hands-on, end-to-end approach, turning insights into actionable strategies and continuously tracking impact to scale what works.



Job Description:



We are seeking a forward-thinking individual to join the Brand and Growth Team dedicated to assisting functional team leaders in defining omnichannel user growth and activation strategies. As a Growth Expert, you will be mainly focused on improving the incoming traffic’s conversion rate, and continuous active users via improvements of in-app experience. You will work with multiple areas and levels of stakeholders, providing deep insights and discovering opportunities through data-driven analysis, planning strategies, and steering the project end-to-end. 



  • Deep dive and analyse user needs and business pain points both on and off the platform, identifying new user growth opportunities covering paid media, user experience and offline initiatives.

  • Apply functional knowledge in digital marketing, e.g.,  media buy, CRM, or basic product design, to conduct high-level analysis and provide strategic insights able to refine operation strategy based on a framework with ROI in mind

  • Develop and execute growth strategies by leveraging major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), experimenting with innovative tactics to drive user acquisition and engagement

  • Collaborate with other functional leads within the Business and Growth team as well as with local marketing teams, translating strategies into actionable plans

  • Understand user segmentation, be able to dive deep into user growth topics and segmented actions, and work with cross-functional regional teams 

  • Work closely with product, development, data, and other relevant teams to constantly improve user experience for growth purpose

  • Maintaining ongoing reporting and tracking the progress of growth initiatives



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree and above in any field

  • Minimum 3 years of total work experience 

  • At least 1 year of experience working on user growth topics 

  • Proficient in Excel and strong in data analysis

  • Strong business acumen, execution, innovative thinking, and adaptability

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
