About the team E-Commerce Strategy team will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely across all the department, responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, users and content producers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering the best customer experience by providing the best service. About the role

In this role, you will take ownership of designing and executing user growth and subsidy strategies for the Singapore market, helping to drive platform growth and improve merchant and user engagement. Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth, coupon, and subsidy strategies for the Singapore cross-border business, with a focus on centralized and scalable initiatives.

- Design and optimize merchant activation (“cold start”) policies and operational mechanisms to improve merchant retention and performance. - Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply, Product, Data Science, Algorithm, and Marketing to ensure effective strategy implementation and measurable business impact. - Use data-driven insights and market research to support sustainable ecosystem growth, drive GMV performance, and enhance overall ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in user growth, eCommerce strategy, product operations, or data analytics.

  • Hands-on experience in coupon, subsidy, or user/ seller/ affiliate incentive strategy is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Solid understanding of user purchase behaviour and merchant cost structures.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms

  • Proficient in SQL and Excel.

Familiarity with analytical tools such as R, Python, or SAS is an advantage.
