About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Videographer who can bring brand stories to life through compelling visuals. You’ll be responsible for producing videos and photography that elevate our brand presence, strengthen campaign storytelling, and capture the essence of our products and services.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Executive and creative team to plan, produce, and deliver high-quality content for brand campaigns, social media, and digital marketing, ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand’s goal.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Storytelling

- Plan, film, and edit creative video content for brand campaigns, product features, social media, and corporate portfolios.

- Work with the marketing team to turn campaign ideas into engaging, story-driven videos.

- Create a variety of content — from brand stories and testimonials to social media reels and event highlights.

- Ensure visual consistency with brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives.

- Manage end-to-end production, from concept to post-production delivery.

2. Photography & Creative Direction

- Capture professional photography for products, campaigns, and brand use (lifestyle, portfolio, or promotional shots).

- Work with marketing to plan photoshoots that align with campaign goals.

- Manage lighting, framing, and composition to maintain high-quality visuals.

- Oversee organization and editing of photo assets for marketing usage.

3. Campaign Collaboration

- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and visual strategies.

- Participate in pre-production discussions — providing creative input on visuals, shoot angles, and scene concepts.

- Translate marketing direction into visual storytelling that fits target audiences and platform formats.

- Research video trends, editing styles, and social media content formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

4. Production Management

- Organize shoot schedules, equipment, and logistics efficiently.

- Maintain video and photo equipment in excellent working condition.

- Manage storage, backup, and versioning of raw footage and edited materials.

- Ensure timely delivery of content to support marketing timelines.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or creative production (agency or brand-side).

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects, Lightroom a plus).

- Strong creative eye and understanding of framing, composition, and pacing.

- Good understanding of digital and social media content formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube).

- Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points

- Experience creating visuals for e-commerce, marketing, or product campaigns.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.

- Familiar with brand storytelling, short-form trends, and audience engagement tactics.

- Strong sense of creative aesthetics with attention to detail.
