Description
We’re looking for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Assistant to support our daily e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in getting the details right, and appreciates being part of a small, thoughtful team.
You’ll be working independently during the mornings, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Working Location:
Office & Warehouse in Toa Payoh North
What You’ll Be Doing
Carefully pick, pack, and prepare customer orders so they arrive accurately and on time
Ensure the right items are ready for courier pick-ups each day
Receive incoming stock and organise it neatly within the warehouse
Update inventory records to keep everything accurate and easy to track
Support weekly checks on orders and billing through our system
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
Assist with regular stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
Work closely with our customer service team to resolve any order-related queries
Who We’re Looking For
Someone dependable who takes ownership and pride in their work
Organised and detail-oriented—you notice the little things that matter
Comfortable working independently in a structured, fast-moving environment
Willing to be hands-on, including lifting and moving stock when needed
Has some prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred)
Familiar with basic systems (e.g. inventory management system, Shopify)
