Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment Process pick & pack order from billing team or eCommerce platforms accurately Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. MY team - warehouse & logistics, sales, billing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Arrange local delivery & monitor order status. Resolve any discrepancies or delays. .
Goods Return Management Process goods return requests from dealers or customers according to return policies. Inspect returned items (if applicable) and coordinate with warehouse or QC teams for assessment. Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all returned goods.
Warranty Claims Handling Receive and assess warranty claims from dealers or end users. Process the claim report & submit to MY team Coordinate with MY defect officer to verify the claim status and arrange necessary replacements. Maintain accurate records of all claims and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Stock Receiving Coordinate and oversee the receiving of incoming stock. Verify shipment contents and ensure accurate data entry into inventory systems. Liaise with relevant person for any discrepancies in deliveries.
Inventory Control Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales and operations. Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Assist in inventory audits and generate inventory reports as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience working in export logistics, or a similar role is advantageous.
Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export compliance regulations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
