Warehouse Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to support our B2C e-commerce operations in

Singapore. This role is responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities, including order

fulfillment, inventory handling, and system updates. The ideal candidate is reliable,

detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers as part of daily work.

Experience with Kingdee software is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare B2C orders accurately and eƯiciently.

• Receive and check incoming goods for quantity and condition.

• Label, organize, and store products properly.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

Inventory Management

• Update inventory records accurately in the system.

• Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.

• Support inventory transfers and replenishment activities.

System & Computer Tasks

• Use computer systems to process orders and inventory updates.

• Perform basic data entry related to shipments, returns, and stock movements.

• Work with Kingdee system for inventory and warehouse operations (training can

• be provided).

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with e-commerce and operations teams on order priorities.

• Support handling of B2C returns and exchanges.

• Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

• Computer literate with basic system and data entry skills.

• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes.

• Physically fit for warehouse duties.

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
