Warehouse Assistant (Entry / Junior Level)

About Us:

We are established company focused on both wholesale and retail of personal care, toiletries, and household cleaning products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Checking Goods from supplier: Receive incoming deliveries, inspect items for damage or discrepancies, verify quantities against supplier invoice / purchase order

• Storage & Organization: Sort and place items in designated storage areas, follow proper stacking and storage procedures, ensure warehouse is neat and organize

• Inventory Management: Perform stock counts and inventory checks, report shortage, damaged or short expiry date goods

• Picking & Packing (wholesale and e-commerce platforms): Pick items based on order lists, pack goods securely for delivery, follow company's packing procedures and guidelines

• Loading & Unloading: Load goods onto van for wholesale customer, unload incoming shipments, assist in delivery goods to wholesale customer

• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of warehouse

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday - 830am to 530pm

• Saturday: 12pm to 4pm

Location:

• Joo Seng, Near Woodleigh / Tai Seng MRT, Singapore

Requirements and skills:

• Only for Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents due to quota issue

• Responsible, willingness to learn with a positive working attitude

• Attention to details

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to lift and move heavy items (up to 30kg)
