Warehouse Assistant (Quality Control) - Operations, Shared SBusiness

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Conduct random checks on parcels to ensure SOP is followed.


• Check for quality issues and report any problems to the supervisor.


• Assist in basic investigation of operational issues and errors.


• Identify repeated errors and support actions to prevent them from happening again.


• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned based on warehouse needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School education or NITEC in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.


• At least 3 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or a related environment is preferred.


• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.


• Good attention to detail and able to identify errors or discrepancies.


• Basic problem-solving skills and able to follow up on operational issues.


• Good computer literacy and comfortable using warehouse systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.


• Able to carry items of up to 15kg when required.


• Able to work on a 5-day shift schedule, including weekends.


• Inventory experience in logistics or e-commerce operations will be an advantage.
