About the role
APRIL BOULEVARD PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Assistant to join our warehousing operations in the Bukit Merah Central Region. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse. As a Warehouse & Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse operations, and contributing to the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. This role is essential to our operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively.
Key responsibilities
Receiving, checking and recording incoming goods into the warehouse management system
Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage methods
Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling stock levels with system records
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently in preparation for dispatch
Labelling and documenting packages for shipment, ensuring all details are correct
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards
Supporting the day-to-day operations and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damage or quality issues to management
What we're looking for
Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar logistics environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and managing inventory data
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying items
Familiarity with warehouse management systems
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with warehouse staff
A commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in the workplace
