Warehouse & Inventory Assistant

1. Packing and fulfilling of all online and retailer orders in a timely manner


2. Managing in-bound and out-bound of inventory


3. Managing inventory stock take and ensuring accuracy of inventory


4. Coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch


5. Labelling products accurately to meet local authority requirements in Singapore


6. Checking shelf life of products and ensuring out-bound of inventory based on shelf life


7. Maintain good house-keeping in warehouse


8. Other ad-hoc duties


9. Schedule 4 x weekday (8am - 5pm), 1 x sat (11am - 3pm)

Requirements

• Experience in managing inventory & packing orders


• Detailed and organised


• Have basic computer skills to manage ecommerce orders and simple spreadsheets
