Warehouse Lead (5.5 days) (ID: 698090)

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching based on system-generated instructions.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and aligning physical stock with system records.

• Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring processes are followed

• Organize the warehouse by maintaining clean and structured picking zones and ensuring fast-moving SKUs are easily accessible.

• Prepare shipments for retail and e-commerce, ensuring correct labeling and packing to eliminate errors.

• Guide and coordinate a small team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently during dispatch cycles while fostering accountability.

• Identify inefficiencies in processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement of operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on warehouse experience.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and enforce processes strictly.

• Comfortable working in a structured, system-driven environment.

• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or similar digital tools.
