You will run a lean warehouse (yourself+ another person) where you
Execute daily operations while enforcing strict adherence to the system
You are expected to be hands-on (90%) while maintaining control of accuracy, organisation, and workflow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Execution (Primary Responsibility)
Execute picking, packing, and dispatch based on system-generated sheets
Ensure all retail and e-commerce orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Follow and enforce correct picking sequences and packing methods
2. System Enforcement

Follow:
Picking lists exactly as generated
Assigned storage locations
Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Do not allow manual overrides without escalation
System > personal judgement
3. Inventory Accuracy
Maintain high alignment between physical stock and system records
Perform regular cycle counts and stock topups.
Identify and report discrepancies immediately
4. Warehouse Organisation

Maintain:
Clean, structured picking zones
Proper bulk storage areas
Ensure fast-moving SKUs are easily accessible
Prevent random placement of inventory
5. Dispatch Management

Prepare shipments for:
Retail fulfilment (cartons)
E-commerce parcels
Ensure correct labelling, packing, and handover
Zero wrong shipments
6. Basic Team Coordination
Guide warehouse assistant on daily tasks
Ensure work is completed efficiently during dispatch cycles
Maintain discipline and accountability
Small team, but no chaos
7. Continuous Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in:
Picking flow
Packing process
Layout
Provide feedback to improve system and operations
You help improve the system over time
Requirements
2–4 years warehouse experience (hands-on required)
Comfortable working in a structured, system-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to follow and enforce processes strictly
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / digital tools
