Warehouse Manager

The Opportunity:

Adecco is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join a leading global logistics and third-party logistics company with a strong international footprint. The organisation is renowned for its expertise in contract logistics, warehousing, and integrated supply chain management, supporting multinational clients across FMCG, industrial, and e-commerce sectors.

• Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
• Salary up to $5500 + AWS + VB

The Job

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, to ensure smooth and efficient daily workflows.
• Ensure operational accuracy and compliance by enforcing WI and SOP adherence, maintaining accurate system updates, documentation, and inventory records.
• Plan and optimise warehouse resources, including space utilisation, manpower deployment, and equipment usage, in line with volume forecasts and operational requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and KPIs, analyse gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards (5S), driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting staff training and performance development.

The Talent:

• Min. 4 years of professional experience in warehouse operations
• At least two years of proven experience in a supervisory or people-management capacity
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
