Location: Paya Lebar Rd
Working Days/Timings: 5.5 Day Work Week | Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm , Sat 9am - 1pm/ 10am - 2pm

Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and outgoing deliveries.
Plan and assign daily tasks to warehouse staff.
Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and updated in the system.
Maintain good inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
Conduct regular stock counts and support annual stock take.
Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse space is organised efficiently.
Monitor damaged, missing or incorrect stock and report issues accordingly.
Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce and Logistics teams on stock and delivery requirements.
Ensure orders are picked and packed accurately and on time.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and workplace safety.
Monitor warehouse staff attendance, productivity and work performance.
Handle day-to-day warehouse operational issues and escalate major issues to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse team is preferred.
Familiar with inventory management, stock receiving, picking and packing processes.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience using ERP, WMS or inventory systems is an advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an added advantage.
Able to manage and communicate effectively with warehouse staff.
Able to drive class 3
