Warehouse Operation Executive (Operation Div.)

As a warehouse operation executive, you will be in charge of handling order fulfilment, logistics, logiscting partners and maintaining warehouse environment. Hiring Type: Full Time / Part time / Contract

Operation Hours: 8:30 am ~ 5:30 pm (Mon to Fri)

Working Location: Tampines

Requirements:

• Safely handle and move inventory of various weights, from light to heavy, ensuring that all items are properly stored and organized within the warehouse.


• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are accurate and up to date.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.


• Collaborate closely with the warehouse management team to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and workflow.


• Follow safety procedures when lifting, storing, and handling heavy items to ensure personal and team safety at all times.


• Execute daily tasks such as order picking, packing, and shipping with precision and attention to detail.


• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or similar roles, preferably involving heavy inventory handling.


• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).


• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.


• Experience operating pallet jack or similar warehouse tools.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stay active throughout the shift.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Class 3 or Class 3A driving license holder is plus to handle delivery or topup arrangement by company van.
