About this company :
Growing company supporting e-commerce and warehouse fulfilment operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and supervise the fulfilment team (3-5 people), including providing training, daily guidance, and performance monitoring.
Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time while maintaining service quality.
Use e-commerce platforms and warehouse systems such as e-Omni or similar systems to support daily operations.
Work closely with internal teams to manage stock accuracy, return processing, and inventory discrepancies.
Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures, including conducting safety briefings or training when required.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost-saving opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Support any other ad hoc duties assigned by management based on business needs.
Requirements :
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment operations.
At least 2 year of supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, or order management systems.
Experience with e-Omni or similar systems will be an advantage.
Comfortable with basic reporting and coordination using Excel or similar tools.
