Job Scope:
Verify cargo clearance and condition alongside all necessary approvals prior to release.
Track shipments thoroughly with all external partners and provide clients with consistent updates.
Manage all documentation (Airfreight or COO) and maintain clear customer correspondence.
Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
Coordinate seamlessly with carriers, vendors, and internal departments for operational efficiency.
Accurately enter shipment details, invoices, and data into the internal operations system.
Offer comprehensive operational support to enhance overall team performance.
Handle bookings and monitor shipments to ensure end-to-end logistical coordination.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge of shipping documents like COO and COC is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Warehouse Supervisor Ups to $3500 (North / East)
Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts
Track, catalogue, and monitor stock levels
Provide weekly low-stock updates for reordering
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Verify goods against purchase orders and update warehouse system
Pick and pack orders for delivery or shipment
Ensure goods are properly packed & Assist with loading and unloading when required
Coordinate and carry out deliveries as needed
Job Requirement:
Relevant Experience are welcome to apply
Candidate must possess valid class 3 driving license
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
