Warehouse Supervisor/Manager [Footwear/ Inhouse-brand/ E-commerce]- East

Summary:

• Industry: Footwear (Apparel & Accessories) / FMCG/ E-Commerce

• Location: East

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Alternate Sat 9am–1pm)

• Salary: Up to $4,500 (Gross) + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.

• Oversee a small team of warehouse, delivery, and admin staff to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy.

• Manage order fulfillment for retail, e-commerce, and corporate clients.

• Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory records using WMS/SAP or similar systems.

• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.

• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Support warehouse improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Provide hands-on assistance in daily operations when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations (Retail / FMCG / Logistics) preferred,

• Experience working in in-house brand environments is highly advantageous.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Knowledge in WMS, SAP, or other warehouse management systems.

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License preferred.
