Warehouse Team Leader(E-commerce)

Job Description :
• Lead daily warehouse operations (picking, packing, inbound & outbound)

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure smooth workflow

• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

• Handle problem orders, returns, and urgent shipments

• Monitor team productivity and maintain efficiency

• Train new staff and maintain warehouse discipline

• Assist in inventory control and stock organization

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse / e-commerce fulfilment

• Leadership or team-leading experience preferred

• Able to handle fast-paced environment

• Responsible, hands-on, and able to lead by example

• Basic computer skills (printing labels, simple systems)
