Web Configuration Associate (MNC / 1 Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain products, pricing, promotions and customer journeys across digital platforms.

• Execute website and application configuration updates to support business campaigns and product launches.

• Perform pre- and post-deployment validation to ensure accurate and seamless customer experiences.

• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support incident resolution with Product, QA, IT and Operations teams.

• Maintain configuration documentation, change logs and audit records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of configuration requests.

• Identify opportunities to improve configuration processes and operational efficiency.

• Provide occasional support during scheduled weekend or after-hours deployments (time-off in lieu provided).

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline.

• 1 year of experience in web configuration, digital operations, CMS, content management or e-commerce operations preferred.

• Experience with CMS or web configuration platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS.
