Web UI Developer

Job Summary :
We are looking for a talented and motivated Front-End Developer to join our application development team. This is a hands-on role focused on building and enhancing Web UI modules for our FX Ecommerce platform.

You will work closely with back-end developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-performance, user-friendly interfaces that support the Technology function in the bank.

Responsibilities:
·        Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, and Node.js.

·        Collaborate closely with back-end developers to implement seamless client-server API interactions on the Web UI.

·        Participate in peer code and design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

·        Work alongside Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate requirements into functional features.

·        Handle code deployments, releases, and other operational tasks on a rotational basis, with a strong emphasis on automation and continuous improvement of the build and deployment processes.

·        Optionally, present system demos to business users to showcase features and gather feedback.

Requirements:
·        Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS.

·        Familiarity with agent-based coding assistant tools is a plus.

·        Experience or familiarity with RESTful API development using Java or similar frameworks is a plus.

·        Comfortable using tools suchas Bitbucket (Git), Jira, and Confluence.

·        Understanding of UI componentlibraries and design systems like Material UI and Ant Design.

·        Knowledge of Node.js,npm, Webpack, Vite and other front-end build tools.

·        Ability to adapt to evolvingrequirements and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

·        Financial domain experience is optional, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
