Origin is one of Singapore’s leading mattress and sleep brands, serving thousands of customers locally and internationally. As we expand our showroom team, we’re looking for responsible, positive individuals who are curious to learn how eCommerce businesses run beyond what customers see.
This is not just a retail role. You’ll gain firsthand exposure to eCommerce operations, customer journey management, branding execution, and sales communication within a fast-growing global brand — building confidence and practical experience that adds real value to your resume.
What You’ll Do
Be the frontline experience for customers visiting our showroom
Understand customer needs and translate them into the right product solutions
Tell our brand story and clearly communicate product value (not hard selling)
Support day-to-day showroom operations and workflows
Help create a warm, lively, and welcoming environment
Collect real customer feedback and insights, contributing to end-of-day product and business reflections — the same insights used by our eCommerce and marketing teams
