Are you passionate about wellness, beauty, and creating transformative experiences for others? Our wellness club is looking for a dedicated Wellness Host & Facial Therapist to join our dynamic team. This unique role blends the art of holistic facial therapy with the warmth of guiding guests through their personalised wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Facial Therapy & Treatments
• Perform specialized facial massage techniques such as lymphatic drainage, anti- aging, and stress-relieving methods.
• Offer body treatments to enhance the overall wellness experience (preferred but not required).
• Educate guests about facial therapies, and wellness practices to help them achieve their goals.

Wellness Hosting & Guest Engagement
• Guide guests through their wellness journey, tailoring their experience to their individual needs.
• Provide insightful tours of our facilities, educating guests on our therapies and services.
• Assist guests in selecting treatments, setting up their sessions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout.
• Engage with guests post-session, answering questions, recommending additional services, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
• Certification in Facial Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facial massage therapies.
• Passion for holistic wellness, skincare, and guest experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Background in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
