About the role


We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Catalyst Recruitment. This is a remote, full-time position based in the Central Region, offering the opportunity to work from home and contribute to the success of our growing marketing and communications department.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement
  • Managing and optimising our search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Analysing website and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with the content team to create engaging, SEO-optimised content for our website, blog and social media channels
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new marketing approaches and stay ahead of the curve
  • Providing regular reporting and performance updates to the marketing leadership team

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or SEM-focused role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) best practices
  • Proficiency in managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret website and campaign performance data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Creativity and a passion for developing innovative, engaging digital content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs and web analytics platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
