Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

Website Design & UI/UX Development

• Design visually stunning, user-centered e-commerce websites aligned with branding and business goals.


• Ensure intuitive navigation, seamless user experience, and fully responsive layouts across all devices.


• Optimize site aesthetics, typography, color palettes, and imagery to maximize engagement.

E-Commerce Platform Development

• Build and maintain WooCommerce and WordPress websites.


• Develop custom features, plugins, and integrations based on project needs.


• Customize or build themes from scratch — ensuring fast, scalable, and high-performing websites.

Speed & Performance Optimization

• Deliver projects efficiently within timelines.


• Optimize page load speed, responsiveness, and backend performance through best practices (caching, compression, clean coding).

SEO & Digital Marketing Integration

• Implement SEO-friendly structures, clean URLs, metadata, and product optimizations.


• Integrate tracking and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM solutions.

Payment Gateway & Third-Party Integrations

• Set up secure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, local banks).


• Integrate logistics, CRM, and automation tools for streamlined e-commerce operations.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform regular updates, security patches, bug fixes, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high uptime.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with marketing, design, and business teams to execute e-commerce strategies.


• Provide input for improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and new trends.

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

 Strong UI/UX design and website aesthetic sense

 WordPress and WooCommerce mastery

 Ability to develop WordPress themes and features from scratch (without page builders)

 Strong front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and back-end (PHP, MySQL) capabilities

 SEO and performance optimization know-how

 Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party solutions

 Problem-solving mindset and fast, efficient work ethic
