Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Supervise, coach, and train them to enhance performance and development
Provide exceptional customer service, including house visits to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Manage duty rosters to ensure optimal store staffing
Maintain store standards, including upkeep of displays and overall presentation
Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful execution of promotions
Assist with the planning, setup and coordination of store events and promotions
Monitor and arrange deliveries for online sales
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer goods
Retail background, preferably in branded goods, is advantageous
Experience working with retail counters in department stores, big-box retailers, or managing showrooms
Proven track record in managing sales consultants/promoters
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong proficiency in English for business communication
Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive
Experience in the mattress or furniture industry will be a plus
Strong people management skills
