Description


  • Monthly Full Set Accounts, Reconcile daily sales.

  • General full set accounting functions, Organizes and maintains up-to-date financial records / Cash flow/Sales Invoice process/Filing and Data Archiving/Payroll/Inventory/ Bookkeeping/HR/staff claims, etc.

  • Assist in inventory costing and stock take reconciliation.

  • Industry Focus: Experience specifically in Retail and E-commerce is crucial.

  • Support month-end closings and the preparation of financial reports.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.

  • Perform other administrative duties as required. Must be able to use Xero accounting software


Requirements:



  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail.

  • Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.


You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and smooth financial operations.
