Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies through robust planning and analytics
Support revenue forecasting, campaign performance analysis, and ROI evaluation to guide marketing investment decisions
Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, consumer behavior, and effectiveness of marketing strategies
Analyze customer segments, behavioral trends, and promotional responsiveness to identify growth opportunities and optimize targeting strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver marketing programs, campaigns and experiences tailored to diverse customer segments.
Deliver actionable insights from market research, data analysis, and competitor intelligence to drive informed decisions and strengthen competitiveness
Assist with business forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements at all times
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive marketing strategies.
Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in regulatory processes is a plus.
