Assistant Manager / Manager – Merchandising Project
Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Duration: 6 months + optional 5-month extension
Work Schedule: 5-day week (Mon–Fri), hybrid (3 days in office, 2 WFH), occasional warehouse visits
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a merchandising project. You will oversee sales channels, inventory, fulfilment, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to seller queries, ensuring timely service and issue resolution.
Manage service recovery for defective items, delays, or missing products.
Conduct quality checks on incoming stock and coordinate deliveries with partners.
Track inventory and sales, manage replenishments, and support multiple sales channels.
Provide regular reports for performance tracking and analysis.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, or e-commerce operations.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Customer-focused with proven service recovery experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with e-commerce platforms preferred.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
