Description

As a B2B Account Manager (Executive), you will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers purchasing groceries and services from the organization. You’ll drive revenue and margin, deepen relationships, coordinate cross-functionally (Product, Ops, Supply Chain, Finance), and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience—from onboarding and pricing through to fulfilment, invoicing and after-sales support.


Location: Joo koon (beside MRT)
Duration: 1 year Contract (Renewable/ Convertible)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm
Salary: up to $4000 (negotiable)

Job scope

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B corporate accounts to meet GMV, margin, AOV, and retention targets.

  • Develop quarterly account plans, pipelines, and expansion strategies such as pantry programs and seasonal gifting.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, handling relationship management, QBRs, service reviews, and escalations.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing arrangements, and manage product lists, bundles, and re-order templates.

  • Coordinate with fulfilment, supply chain, customer service, and finance for smooth onboarding, deliveries, invoicing, and AR follow-ups.

  • Track performance via dashboards and reports; analyse data gaps and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Support seasonal corporate campaigns and ensure internal readiness for peak periods.

  • Maintain compliance with procurement, PDPA, finance controls, audit standards, and ensure proper documentation and SOP updates.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, customer success or category/operations (e-commerce or FMCG preferred).

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups), Slides/Docs, and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).

  • Strong commercial acumen: pricing basics, promotions, margin math, and simple rebate structures

  • Working knowledge of B2B buying/approvals, entity structures, invoicing and AR follow-ups.
