What You'll Do
Drive B2B Sales Growth:
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification
Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in mobile device sector
Manage Key Client Relationships
Serve as primary contact for B2B clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
Build long-term partnerships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions
Collaborate for Success
Work closely with internal teams to optimize client solutions
Share market insights to improve products and services
Mentor junior team members and contribute to positive team culture
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome.
Priority will be given to candidate with 1 year B2B sales, business development, or account management experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong passion for sales and technology with a drive to succeed.
Results-driven mindset with customer-centric approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in smartphone/mobile device sales (especially pre-owned devices)
Knowledge of telco industry, dealer networks, or device trading
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Existing network in mobile device/technology sector
Understanding of device repair, trading rates, and market dynamics
