Job Summary
Identify, prospect, and secure new business channels to drive sales growth. Manage client communications and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets within the e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business channels to expand sales opportunities and increase revenue
- Manage communications with clients through WeChat, email, and calls to ensure clear alignment and high client satisfaction
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to secure business growth
- Monitor e-commerce trends and competitor activities to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to clients
- Operate independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to achieve business objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate directly with clients based in China
- Hands-on experience with online platforms, specifically Shopee and Lazada
- Proven track record in Business Development or Sales within the e-commerce industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
