Position Overview: 

Join our team as a Business Development Manager (B2B Sales), where you will play a key role in driving business growth by selling a comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions, including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content Creation, Website Development, and PSG Grant-supported services.

This role is highly sales-driven and requires a proactive approach to prospecting, including cold calling and strategic outreach, to identify and secure new business opportunities.This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in digital marketing sales within a high-performance environment where your efforts directly translate into earnings and career growth.   • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach activities

  • Engage potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges

  • Present and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions aligned with client objectives

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance client value

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross monthly earnings can range from $7,000 to $10,000 or more, depending on performance

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline

  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
