About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and growth, managing Trade-In programs across partners such as Lazada and Shopee, while also working with the Carousell platform team to run marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for Trade-In services.
You will play a key role in growing Trade-In adoption through channel management, program execution, and traffic generation initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Channel Growth & Performance
Manage performance of Trade-In programs across e-commerce and partner channels. Including but not limited to:
Proposing and executing promotional campaigns
Identifying improvements in customer journey and conversion flow
Working with partners to launch new initiatives and improve adoption
2. Partner & Program Management
Coordinate and manage relationships with platform and retail partners.
Supporting onboarding of new Trade-In partners
Coordinating program launches with partner teams
Negotiating and proposing improvements to program structures
Preparing weekly updates and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for partners
3. Marketing Campaigns (Carousell Platform)
Work with the Carousell marketplace team to run traffic and awareness campaigns for Trade-In services. Responsibilities include:
Planning and executing campaigns using Carousell Ads and platform notifications
Launching targeted promotions to drive Trade-In awareness among Carousell users
Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing messaging
Working with marketing teams to develop campaign creatives and messaging
4. Operational Execution
Ensure smooth execution of Trade-In programs across all channels.
Setting up Trade-In programs in internal backend systems
Coordinating with operations and logistics teams
Managing financial settlements and reconciliation with partners
Ensuring program accuracy and operational readiness
5. Reporting & Insights
Track weekly performance of Trade-In channels
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Identify insights and propose improvements to drive channel growth
Candidate Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience are welcome
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
