Job Objectives
- Assist Managing Director to manage client accounts as business requirements
- Achieve business targets and market development goals in Singapore for specific periods
- Drive sales performance and team productivity
- Establish strong market presence in Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Management Functions
- Develop team work plans and action programs (monthly/quarterly/annually)
- Assign and evaluate monthly performance results and KPIs for team members according to company regulations
- Train, guide, enhance capabilities, and support team members to improve productivity and job completion
- Participate in building and improving the company's internal management system
- Engage in cultural development activities and internal company movements
Professional Operations

Market Development & Business Growth:
- Analyze market conditions and research company strengths/weaknesses and products/services to advise on competitive strategies and market development
- Build strategies, development directions, and sales policies to approach markets and promote business expansion in Singapore
- Create feasible plans and organize sales activities in phases to ensure revenue, profit, and customer targets
- Organize search and target identification, seek new customers and partners in the market
- Develop market share for the team and company
- Support partners in business development

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and develop relationships with customers and suppliers in Singapore market
- Organize and implement customer approach, care, and appreciation activities and campaigns
- Establish and maintain positive company relationships with customers and partners
- Coordinate with Marketing department to organize events, business programs, and customer approach initiatives
- Regularly evaluate and report business activity effectiveness to Singapore Market Development Director: customer growth, sales growth
Reporting Requirements
- Regular business activity reports as required
- Special reports on emerging issues with risks that could affect company reputation and long-term business strategy
- Periodic/ad-hoc work reports as requested by BOD ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Perform other tasks as required by Market Development Director and Board of Directors
Authority & Responsibilities

Authority:
- Propose and control documents related to activities and sales expenses within job scope and delegated authority
- Request relevant units/departments/individuals to provide information and coordinate work implementation according to proper functions and authority
