CRM Executive (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of membership and loyalty campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and reactivation.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across CRM platforms (EDM, SMS, etc.).

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, data extraction, deployment, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance; conduct A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, send timing, messaging) to optimise results.

  • Provide insights and reports on CRM performance to improve customer engagement strategies.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to enhance CRM platforms and personalise customer communications.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve membership-related feedback and enquiries.

  • Support ad-hoc CRM and marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.

  • 1–3 years of CRM/loyalty marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.

  • Experience in EDM/SMS campaign execution and customer data analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP essential).

  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign) or basic HTML knowledge is an advantage.
