Permanent position, Salary up to $4,200 with bonus
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of CRM initiatives across sales and aftersales channels.
Ensure CRM activities align with brand and corporate guidelines.
Maintain CRM system governance, ensuring data integrity and generating actionable insights.
Manage Customer Feedback Management (CFM) processes, ensuring timely acknowledgement, follow-up, and case closure in line with SOPs.
Handle customer complaints, escalations, and low survey scores professionally.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service levels, NPS results, customer trends, and sales funnel performance.
Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) to support business decision-making.
Support marketing administration, customer engagement initiatives, events, and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
1–3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in CRM, customer service, or automotive environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data analytics tools.
Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
