We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Singapore team and will report to the Customer Service Manager. He / She will play an instrumental role in ensuring timely and reliable deliveries while providing outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key customers account on their requirements

  • Assist to provide shipments reports as and when required . Tracking of shipments from pick up to delivery and updating customers on the status of the shipment on timely basis

  • Possess intimate knowledge of customer needs and ability to provide solutions

  • Adhere to Customer Service Policies and Procedures to maximize the customers’ satisfaction in every transaction

  • Attend to customers’ queries via email , service desks , phone calls and visitations when required

  • Shipment pick up arrangement and coordination, quoting of rates, etc

  • Manage daily customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

  • Interact regularly with customers to understand and respond to their needs and get feedback on the service provided

  • Cover front desk administrator as and when required and any absences from the team

  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using computer and office applications.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with courier industry regulations and shipping documentation is an added advantage.

  • 5.5 days; 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday) 9am – 1pm (Saturday)
