Job Responsibilities:
Partner with internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver end-to-end immersive digital learning solutions aligned with business needs.
Manage and conduct regular reviews to evaluate effectiveness of digital learning solutions output.
Manage and monitor learning activities within the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user engagement, enrollment/completion tracking, efficiencies and data integrity on a daily basis.
Review and analyse LMS and learning-related reports to generate reported insights on adoption, engagement, and learning effectiveness for management as needed and/ or on relevant frequencies
Independently manage assigned learning projects end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and adapt delivery approaches in a dynamic environment.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a related field.
ACTA / ACLP or DACE /DDLDP certification is an advantage.
At least 3 years L&D related working experience, preferably within a medium to large or multinational organisation.
Hands-on experience supporting or managing end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives.
Working knowledge of graphic design and video-editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva).
Experience with web-based LMS platforms (e.g. Absorb, Blackboard, Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar)
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., iSpring / Articulate)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
Strong attention to detail in content development, analytics, and administrative execution.
Solid project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
