Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage Chinese digital marketing campaigns for brands in Singapore.
Develop creative social media strategies and marketing initiatives targeting Chinese audiences.
Manage and onboard clients’ WeChat and China social media accounts, and coordinate campaign execution.
Work closely with our China-based content and execution teams to develop and produce social media content.
Communicate clients’ brand messages effectively to Chinese-speaking audiences in Singapore and China.
Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and prepare reports based on campaign KPIs.
Collaborate with clients to plan upcoming marketing activities and ensure smooth campaign delivery and reporting..
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or agency environments (fresh graduates are welcome)
Strong familiarity with the Chinese digital ecosystem and social platforms
Native or business-level Mandarin and fluent in English, as this role works closely with our China-based execution team and Singapore-based clients and partners
Good understanding of Singapore’s local culture, consumer behavior, and market landscape
Understanding of key Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, Dianping, Weibo, and Little Red Book (XHS)
Strong written communication and storytelling skills in Chinese
Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation
