Digital Marketing Executive (Performance & Growth)

Skinscape Clinic is a medical aesthetics clinic located at Asia Square in Singapore’s CBD. We focus on thoughtful, results-driven skin care and are building a strong digital presence across our clinic services and skincare brand.
We are looking for a digital marketing executive who is analytical, organised and proactive, with a strong interest in performance marketing and digital growth. This role focuses on campaign performance, website optimisation, and digital marketing infrastructure, rather than purely social media content creation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies, including planning and creating SEO-optimised content to improve website visibility
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions and cost per acquisition
Website & Digital Infrastructure
Manage and maintain company websites (clinic website and e-commerce store) using WordPress and WooCommerce
Implement website updates and improvements, including landing pages, blog posts and product pages
Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date and optimised for conversions
Maintain and update the internal knowledge database used for the clinic’s AI chatbot (services, pricing, FAQs and policies)
Campaigns & Marketing Strategy
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches and clinic initiatives
Implement campaign updates across digital channels including website pages, email marketing and digital advertisements
Work with internal team members and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution
Marketing Analytics & Operations
Track and report key marketing metrics such as website traffic, campaign performance and enquiries generated
Maintain organised records of marketing campaigns, SEO activities and performance metrics
Manage marketing platforms and tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp and analytics platforms
Skills & Technical Requirements
Google Ads / Meta Ads or similar digital advertising platforms
SEO fundamentals including keyword research and on-page optimisation
WordPress and WooCommerce website management
Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
Canva for basic campaign visuals
Nice to have:
Familiar with Asana for project management
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for simple website edits
Experience with Mailchimp

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or marketing analytics preferred
