Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve sales targets across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Best Buy, company webstore).
Develop and execute digital channel sales strategies to increase product visibility and conversion rates.
Manage online promotional campaigns, bundles, and seasonal offers with partners.
Respond to online sales inquiries and convert leads generated through digital channels.
2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
Work closely with e-commerce platforms and online retailers to optimize product listings, content, pricing, and availability.
Monitor stock levels, product visibility, ratings, and search rankings on digital marketplaces.
Analyze conversion data and optimize digital advertisement strategies to improve performance.
Plan and participate in online campaigns/ events (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday, Prime Day).
Own the strategy for and execution of store landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for conversion rate (CRO).
3. Client & Partner Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with online retail partners, distributors, digital channel managers and end-consumers.
Coordinate with category managers to secure digital shelf space and promotional slots.
Provide product training and support to partners to boost sales readiness.
4. Product Knowledge & Presentation
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products—features, specs, competitive advantages, and target markets.
Conduct online demos or presentations for customers, resellers, and B2B clients.
Communicate unique selling points (USPs) effectively in digital formats.
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
· Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, online sales data, customer behavior, and competitor performance.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and marketplace insights for continuous campaign improvement.
Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend corrective actions (pricing, stock, content updates).
Implement and manage tracking to ensure accurate attribution of revenue to marketing efforts.
6. Marketing Collaboration
Coordinate with digital marketing teams to align product campaigns, ads, SEO/SEM efforts, and influencer strategies.
Provide feedback on content quality (product descriptions, images, videos, comparison charts).
Support marketing in launching new products online and driving pre-orders.
