Description
1. Social Media and Content Marketing
Manages the social media account and responsible for the operation and growth of the brand's official accounts on platforms
Monitor and optimize data (interaction rate, conversion rate, follower growth)
Enhance and maintain brand positioning, ensuring consistency in brand tone and visual presentation.
2. KOL / KOC Collaboration
Identify KOLs/KOCs that align with the brand's positioning.
Assist in planning and executing collaborations with influencers and partners aligning with Brand’s positioning
Monitor trends and track reviews
Establish a long-term collaboration resource pool.
3. Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns as required across social media platforms, offline retail stores, official brand websites, and e-commerce platforms
Support planning and scheduling of platform promotion campaigns with teams to optimize marketing performance and sales conversion.
Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and provide optimization recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness.
4. Offline/Online Support
Assist in managing store appointments and online enquiries
Support community engagement and membership relationship management.
Collect customer feedback and support optimization of marketing content and communication strategies.
