What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via live chat, email, and other channels

  • Support customers before and after purchase to ensure smooth service experience

  • Coordinate with overseas teams on order and shipment updates

  • Follow internal SOPs and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle customer service is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset

  • Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills

  • Well-organised, proactive in follow-ups, and good time management

  • Patient, detail-oriented, and responsible

  • Good command of English
