Description

E-commerce


  • Daily operations include preparing orders and packing orders

  • Listing / managing E-Commerce online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok & Amazon etc)

  • Attending to customer enquiries on online platforms.

  • Curate and edit product content to be featured on Marketplaces & Social Media sites.

  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.

  • Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.

  • Handle on screen and backend livestreams


Customer Service

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

  • Manage showroom for walk in enquiries and servicing


Requirements and skills

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations

  • Possess a willing to learn attitude.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and effective time management.

  • Experienced in Canva, Shopify & Marketplace are a plus.

  • Willing to appear on screen is a plus


Working Hours

  • 5 Day Work (Saturday included)

  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm
