Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Operations
Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms and website
Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and up to date
Monitor order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer issues
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, design and Sales & Marketing department
2. Sales & Performance Management
Track sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and key KPIs
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, and customer retention
3. Campaign & Promotion Support
Strategize marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
Ensure campaigns are launched on time and correctly implemented
Troubleshoot platform or operational issues to minimize downtime
4. Customer Experience Optimization
Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey from browsing to post-purchase
Improve loyalty program to ensure customer retention
Support initiatives to improve site usability and customer satisfaction
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of e-commerce, digital marketing or related operational experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of online sales funnels and customer journeys
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics tools
Technical & Functional Knowledge:
Familiarity with order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment workflows
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, SEO)
Experience working with marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Grab, Foodpanda) is an advantage
