Description

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day operations, customer service, and order fulfilment. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy interacting with customers, and don’t mind hands-on work, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reply to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp

  • Assist walk-in customers with repairs, refunds, and purchases

  • Handle inventory stock taking and updates

  • Fulfil online orders (print shipping labels, pack orders, arrange dispatch)

  • Scan and organise receipts for accounting purposes

  • General administrative and operational support

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer systems

  • Organised, responsible, and able to multitask

  • Able to work independently and follow processes

  • Prior customer service or admin experience is a plus (but not required)
