The Role

Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for education and B2B clients. You'll develop data-driven strategies, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and communicate directly with clients to deliver measurable ROI. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—analyzing data, crafting content, and proving campaign impact through numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand marketing goals and business needs

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and expectations with minimal supervision

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure successful campaign delivery

  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop content strategies for different buyer journey stages

  • Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing

  • Audit ad copy, EDMs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates

  • Optimize media plans to maximize ROAS and hit client targets

Analytics & Optimization

  • Use HubSpot and Looker Studio to track campaign performance

  • Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities

  • Extract actionable insights that drive growth and meet client goals

  • Achieve Gross Profit targets through campaign success and client renewals

Requirements

Must Have

  • 1-3 years digital marketing experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Project management capability with attention to detail

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Self-motivated learner who embraces continuous improvement

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certification or experience

  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads management experience

  • Client servicing or agency background

  • Content creation skills

  • Experience managing your own blog or online property
