Job Summary
The Junior Social Media & Content Executive (Part-Time) supports the Marketing team in executing social media content across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on on-site content creation and growing brand presence in the Chinese market through Xiaohongshu (RED). This is a junior, hands-on role involving filming, editing, posting, basic performance tracking, and design support for marketing collaterals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation & Management
• Plan, film, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram (Posts, Stories, Reels), Facebook, YouTube (Shorts), and Xiaohongshu (RED)
• Capture content on-site at the park as required
• Create short-form video and static content aligned with brand guidelines
• Write captions, select hashtags, and optimise posts for each platform
Xiaohongshu (RED) & China Market Focus
• Execute content tailored for the Chinese market
• Research trends, formats, hashtags, and competitor activity on Xiaohongshu
• Support follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness on Chinese platforms
• Assist with Chinese-language content adaptation or coordination where required
Content Planning & Scheduling
• Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar
• Plan content around campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
• Ensure timely posting and delivery across platforms
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track views, reach, engagement, clicks, and follower growth
• Prepare basic monthly performance reports with insights
Design & Marketing Collateral Support
• Design basic marketing materials such as posters, flyers, small-format print materials, and simple digital assets
• Support ad-hoc design requests from the marketing team
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and on-ground teams
• Assist with other marketing-related duties as assigned
