Key Account Executive (Ecommerce)
Responsible for eCommerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service.
Plan and execute online promotional campaigns to drive ecommerce sales and business objectives.
Work with internal stakeholders to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across e-commerce platforms.
Monitor daily sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue on food category across e-retailers and marketplaces.
Contribute to the optimization of eCommerce content and design.
Monthly performance updates, key areas for improvement and forward plans.
Work closely with internal support functions to ensure ecommerce customers are competitive, promotions and new launch to be executed in a timely manner. and stock fulfillment to achieve sales target.
Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in sales/marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from eCommerce enabler/platform/brand.
· Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Proficiency with e-commerce performance metrics and systems.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Independent and good with follow up on tasks and responsibilities.
